(1) The General Terms and Conditions apply in the version valid at the time of the order for all purchases that you make on the musikakademie.li platform.
(2) The paid offer on our portal is aimed exclusively at customers who have reached the age of 18. Younger customers should be registered by their legal guardian. Customers are both private individuals and entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity.
(3) The contract language is exclusively German.
(4) You can download, save, reproduce and print this text on a computer using the print function of your browser.
(5) If you have any questions or complaints, please contact: Academy of Music in Liechtenstein, Keltenstrasse 20, FL-9485 Nendeln, Principality of Liechtenstein, andreas[#dx]domjanic[#mx]kulmag[#dx]li, Tel. +423 791 64 53
(6) Our course registration is operated by the company named in the imprint.

Conclusion of contract

(1) Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. We reserve the right to make technical and other changes within reasonable limits.
(2) Our course registration in the portal constitutes an application for the conclusion of a contract for participation in a training course offered by the Music Academy in Liechtenstein.
(3) By clicking on the "Pay" button and ticking the "Accept general terms and conditions" checkbox, you conclude a contract with us for the purchase of the registration fee at the price indicated. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after payment of the course registration.

Prices

(1) The prices given are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory value added tax. Billing is in CHF.

Payment terms; Delay

(1) We generally offer the payment methods credit card, GooglePay and ApplePay. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each registration and to refer to other payment methods.
(2) In the case of a purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited by the Acadamy of Music in Liechtenstein.
(3) A course registration can only be completed by transferring the registration fee online if fees are incurred for the registration.
(4) In addition to paying the invoice amount, the customer is also obliged to reimburse all costs incurred as a result of any delay in payment.
(5) The customer agrees to receive invoices, credit notes and reminders in electronic or paper form.
(6) Payments by the customer shall only be deemed to have been made upon receipt in our business account. The course registration is not considered valid until full payment has been made. Payment of the registration fee does not automatically entitle the customer to participate in the selected training program. The professors will make a selection and decide which students will be admitted. The registration fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Delivery

(1) The delivery of the purchased product takes place upon receipt of the confirmation of the successful application of the selected training program.
(2) The application has a time limit. The customer will then be informed of the acceptance or rejection.
(3) There is no entitlement to transfer a course application to another profile.
(4) It is your responsibility to use suitable software that enables the use of all components of the website.

Minor changes in service

(1) Changes to the agreed service or deviations are reasonable for the customer if they are minor and objectively justified.
